I have mentored women in the tertiary education sector for the last 15yrs, both formally through career development and leadership programs, and informally. My career has been focussed primarily in tertiary education, although I have also established my own businesses and currently work for a highly-regarded global company.

Most of my working life has been spent full-time career-building, while raising my children, which has posed challenges in terms of life, work and family balance. In 2004 I founded the Australian Women's Mentoring Network, which has been an amazing experience!

I have recently held senior management positions at some of Australia's Go8 Universities, and am currently a management consultant, helping companies operationalise their business strategies through leadership development, employee remuneration & reward, as well as optimising organisational structure. I am available to mentor women interested in the process of goal-setting, or those aspiring to further their career in tertiary education or the corporate sector.

I have been a mentor to many of my staff over the years, and also to school children who are struggling with writing or making sense of the world.

Generally my mentoring has been around specific life and work skills - life and career development, as well as communication.

I always play at 100% and enjoy working with people who do the same manner, giving themselves the best possible chance to achieve whatever they are aiming for.

Every person I've met and am yet to meet has something of great value to offer the world, and if I can contribute to that in any way, what more could I ask?

Success & Acclaim

"Since joining this year I have been in constant contact with 2 mentors & it has helped me immensely whilst setting up a new business from scratch. Now that we are open for business in our own restaurant I know I will continue to gain much from their knowledge & support. I have also passed your website onto friends & family also new to business. Wishing you all the best for 2010, keep up the great work."
