Here's a great exercise for anyone who hasn't given themselves a pat on the back recently!  Build your confidence by listing your proudest accomplishments, personal bests and contributions no matter how seemingly insignificant.  List how you are unique, your top 10 strengths and skills, favourite compliments, and write a confidence-building affirmation.  Keep this in a safe place and read it often to remind yourself of the amazing person you are.
