Ever get bogged down in negative thoughts and feelings? This is a great little 7-step exercise which will help peel back the layers on those negativities and rationalise the underlying processes contributing to ill-feelings. The steps include identifying the feeling/emotion, breaking it down, giving it a rating, replacing the negativites with more positive thoughts, and debriefing. Try this a few times, change negative thought process habits and see if it helps.
