The following terms and conditions apply to anyone who wishes to promote themselves or their business via our Business Promos service:

• Only ads and promotions which have been fully paid by the due date (Thursday 5pm) will be placed in the current week's Business Promos email.
• Promotions and ads should ideally be relevant to the member demographic of the Australian Women's Mentoring Network (i.e. professional, business and career women) and should not contain any material or be connected with anything that may cause offense (including politically, sexually or spiritually) to our members or connections.
• You agree that any information submitted is factual and not misleading.
• The Australian Women's Mentoring Network reserves the right to decline or exclude any submission for any reason.
• The Australian Women’s Mentoring Network does not guarantee accuracy or reliability of the ads that are placed in our Business Promos list.
• You agree to indemnify (and keep indemnified) the Australian Women's Mentoring Network, its officers, employees and agents against any expense or loss  resulting from any claim or action resulting from any willful, unlawful or negligent act or omission by the Australian Women's Mentoring Network or it's employees, agents or subcontractors in connection with the Business Promos service.
