Corporate & NPO Mentoring Solutions

Mentoring Solutions for your Company or Organisation

The Australian Women's Mentoring Network provides a free service to enable Australian women the opportunity to benefit from becoming mentors and/or being mentored. In order to provide this free service we encourage companies and organisations to support us by commissioning our corporate/NPO mentoring services to either create a mentoring program for the women in their organisation, or add value to their existing program (fees apply).

We can help you promote women's career development and equal opportunity in the workplace by providing you with the following services:

  • a customised online women's mentoring network based on criteria that is both important and relevant to your organisation and the women in it

  • enhancing your existing women's mentoring program by integrating online solutions which will enable the program to expand and operate more efficiently, thus providing more women with the opportunity to benefit from mentoring

  • organisation of training and workshops

  • provision of advice and resources to ensure your mentoring network is a success

  • provision of a consultancy service for finding mentors for individual employees/members either within or outside of your organisation

  • integration of executive, career or personal coaching services with your mentoring network to optimise organisational benefits

An online mentoring network is ideally suited to...

  • Companies that want to offer mentoring to many staff but do not have the resources to offer a mentoring program on such a grand scale

  • Large NPO's who have member groups that are geographically dispersed, thus making a mentoring program difficult to organise

  • Women's organisations that promote mentoring and networking amongst it's members

  • Companies and organisations that want to expand their current mentoring programs, increase flexibility and reduce time spent matching mentors with mentees

  • Companies and organisations which operate at the state or national level and want to encourage mentoring between branches or interstate offices

  • Many companies and organisations don't realise that if they have more than 100 employees they are required to offer an equal opportunity for women in the workplace program to comply with the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workplace Act 1999 (Commonwealth).  (For more details on this, click here).  The AWMN can help you comply with this regulation by customising a women's mentoring network that is cost-effective and which will offer women in your organisation the opportunity of benefiting from becoming mentors and/or being mentored.
